We’re Riley and Elayna, an Australian couple documenting our journey around the world by sail despite no previous sailing experience.
Capturing it all on YouTube since 2014.
We’ve been out here for nearly a decade! We’ve encountered terrifying lightning storms, pirate scares, financial breakdowns, equipment failures, water shortages, and various other testing mishaps on this never ending journey around the globe, but we wouldn’t trade living on the sea for anything. .
No matter the cost, we’ll go wherever the wind takes us.
And we’re bringing you along for the ride…
Living in alignment with the earth and elements.
Where on earth
are we this week?
Life offshore of mainland Philippines has been full of surprises and jaw dropping beauty.
Join us this week as we slowly head North from the gorgeous Nacpan beach (voted best beach in the world) to Coron, where we are struck by the sudden change in this remarkable landscape.
High Quality Filming and Video Production.
How do we afford
to sail the world?
How do we actually afford to continue this infinite global voyage whilst filming and producing it all into weekly videos for you, with two kids in tow?
Check out our designs.
So, who is…
La Vagabonde?
In 2013, we would have told you a 2007 Beneteau Cyclades 43.4. A humble monohull who took two wanna be sailors from Europe, to Africa, across the Atlantic, Caribbean and Pacific.
In 2017, we would have told you a Outremer 45. A new catamaran who sailed a growing family from Europe to the Azores, Caribbean and back across the Atlantic (throughout a global pandemic no less). Her decks were the place our babies took their first steps, her saloon the place where many of our ideas became realities.
And today? Well, she’s a Rapido 60. A custom built racing trimaran who will take us and our viewers around the world for years to come. First stop, Philippines then onto Japan!
